Shipping Information 

  • We currently offer worldwide.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs after payment confirmation
  • Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to review the available shipping options and associated costs.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applicable to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees and regulations.

Returns and Refunds:

  • We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund. 
  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@herbalwash.net within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions. – To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipment. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
  • To facilitate the process, please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the damaged or defective item when contacting our customer support team.

Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless they are determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any concerns or issues promptly.
